I just cant get my head around why the always divert from the original designon every "reissue they make"

why not make them like the old ones?

look at fender, you can get a strat or a tele, jag, jm etc pretty much just like the old ones. and they sell well.

Someone went out of their way to move the knobs, it was a decision made for some reason.

Its not as if they are worried about people relicing them and selling them as old, or even cutting into the vintage market for them.

i dont get it.
