Congrats, I recently got one of the discontinued ebony stain Classics from 01'. I really wanted one of those Pete Townshend 1st edition SG's but, I ended up saving $900 and couldn't be happier. I've had a half dozen SG's in the past and this is the best one I've had so far, in playability and tone. Very resonant, no dead spots. Heck, I had ro raise the action it was so low. Plays like butter with 11's on it!
