I wanted to show the RUDE at it's max gain. It get's really compressed and creamy once it gets above a certain level - just what I wanted!

It really does Jeff Beck, Robin Trower tones well. I always play parts of this song through it; but I didn't know the whole song until tonight. I wrote out the tab (first time) and found the chords for the middle power section (by ear) and practiced to iTunes until I could play it pretty well.

There are rough spots, loose phrasing, clunks here and there. I should have gone to the neck pickup for the bridge. I should have gone to middle position (OOP) or dialed the volume down at the power section to avoid clipping.

Here it is in one take (took 4 attempts) hope you can see what the Rude can do.


Oh yeah, there was some MOOD in the mix as well; and I had to keep the MV and V lower than I wanted because it got kind of late
