Now for the REAL checking, this is the top that has truly been aged naturally, all i have contribute was to play more often sweating a lot, and putting the guitar in our bedroom all night long with the AC almost all the way up in our hot summer about 4 months as a routine, but for me it is totally strange that the sides and back did not changed at all, like it the top was sprayed with a different solvent.

Not that there is A LOT of vertical checking that almost goes with the grain.
