Thanks for the update. I placed an order a few weeks back. After getting no response initially, I posted a reply here that I thought customer service had fallen down. This was at a time when other customers were not getting anywhere with their orders, and there was speculation that fires, and whatever else were to blame. Apparently, our voices were heard (read) there's been an effort to step up and make good. In the past two weeks I've gotten emails from Kevin to place the order, and follow up.Today I got a call from Will, himself, letting me know he sent my pickups out today, and the tracking number of my order. I am impressed.
