Thanks for the suggestion, but I want to still be able to make intonation adjustments and don't want to permanently glue the screw in the saddle. Rather I am just looking for a way to "snug up" the fit of the screw in the string saddle. I would assume that either hardened nail polish or super glue would not allow the screw to turn anymore. No?
