Long story.......short............

I'm talking on the phone with Tracy, a member of the Customer Advocate Team, whom is filling in for the man who has been working with me.......

She say's: "Mr. Darby.......I will work some of my magic for you today and we will see what I can do"

just then....a truck rolls up in front of my house.....

"Uh, Tracy.....you're scaring the crap out of me!"....."cause a FedEx truck just got here".................I say flabbergasted.

"See.....I told you I was magic!"

Ladies and Gentlemen...........may I present to you........."The Diva!"

OH, BTW..........THE SWITCH TIP WAS BROKEN IN SHIPPING...........IF ANYONE HAS A '03 (or cooler) SWITCH TIP......PLS CONTACT ME!
