The Echo Park SMOKES in the loop *which is where a delay should be anyway* but I found it had a touch of hiss in front of my older Marshalls. Nothing that I couldn't overlook, but a mild annoyance. In the loop it was dead silent, easy to use, and the most full featured stomp box delay I've ever owned.
I give it 7 thumbs up.

The secret to the noise is to buy the power supply that Line 6 makes exactly for it . Don't know exactly why.
It also beats carrying around my Rack Rig to small gigs.
