Im currently thinking to sell my dual pickup Les Paul Special to buy a new dual pickup (reissue) Melody Maker. Ive played it in music shops and I do like it. Its not as noisy as my P90s... But Im unsure because it seems like Im going backward.

In any case, I like my P90s, but the MM has a lot less noise/sig. You might wanna think about that. Another mod to consider is using some of those tiny humbuckers they make (size of strat single coils).
