It's an F6/9 chord, it's got the root, 3rd, 6th and 9th. It's purrrty
Could also be an A7sus4/F at a push (root, 4th and 7th notes of A, over F bass note)
It could ALSO be a Gsus2 triad (G, A, D) over F.
Man, I knew music school would come in handy at some point...
