Beautiful and exquisite guitars there bro.
I think it's a pity Gibson won't go the extra mile to upgrade current Historics. I understand the no-no's re hot hide glue or BRW for example, but... steel studs, more accurate neck shape, plastics, truss rod? Wish they could make it happen for '09.
I chose the HM route.
