Really? Sweet! Yeah, on my volume pot everything was fraying and looking ugly, re did the whole damn thing, i rewire my tone pot the first time i installed a cap because i melted the blue wire together with the inner white. No idea what I did wrong and figured it out myself. I felt proud thought id share that again. I made a thread about it lol. Good thing my dad is an electrician and taught me basics. Now i just gotta learn how to upgrade a solid state amp!
But yes its so much cleaner and its night and day with the re-wire job. Thanks for clarifying!
EDIT: Actually, sorry guys, I brought home 0.064 from work. not the 0.047! So what should I do about the Volume pot?
