If Ryan has an APO address, Musicians Friend (should) ship to him. I was in the Army, and ordered all kinds of stuff from the US while I was overseas, and paid regular shipping and handling fees, and no crazy taxes on stuff that I ordered. The package is essentially shipped to the US Military in the US, and then they'll deliver it from there.

Ryan - if you don't have an APO, surely one of your buddies would let you ship it to them?
