The right hand side tuners seem to be too far left because of the way the picture is taken. It's angled a little bit.

I do agree on the Truss rod though, but I left the guitar in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon and they said there was nothing wrong with it.....they said I shouldn't worry about it.
