For my money it's a Marshall 2203, a Hiwatt Custom 100, or best of all a 1959 plexi (or early metal face). Early Orange 120 Graphic also does the "big" sound. You need at least one decent 4 x 12 if you're going to move air like that. Not a high gain sound, just big and punchy.
