Re: Luxe repro bumblebees vs. RS Jensens

I´ve recently installed Luxe Grey Tigers .02 on both neck and bridge comming from Jensen .022 bridge and .015 neck.
I´ve got Gibson Burstbucker Pro´s in the Les Paul to.
Like Neils said "In a nutshell the Tigers/Bees have more edge or cut/bite than the Jensens IMO"
I find that i lost a little bass from the guitar but not so much that i think of it as a bad thing.
The first impression was that i could roll off the tone knobs down to 8 and then turning up to 10 would be like a small boost in the treble
Like 5F6-A sais the Jensens are smoother.
I play more Hard Rock stuff so i like the Luxe Grey Tigers better since they give a little more edge, think of them as Tigers with a "Grrr" to it ha ha ha
