Yep Yep.. could not agree more with the lack of quality in these guitars. I'm on my second one myself.

First one had the same fretboard issues, was not setup for chit (bridge and tailpiece was not even locked down), COA not there, and the kicker was that the nut was cut wrong and the high e string rolled OFF the fretboard while playing it. Top on it was great, tone was great but playability was out the window with the nut wrong. I took it to a luthier who said could be fixed np, but I'm not spending money fixing a brand new freaking guitar.

Sam Ash took it back and gave me another one no problem. Funny how all the hype about them being sold out is BS. The quality control on this one is a lot better, no issues so far.

I would run that thing back to GC as soon as you could.

Very disappointed in Gibson on this one. Luckily I like the tone and the top on the one I did get or I would have been shopping for an 06 vintage burst standard to make my own.
